We offer standard shipping on most orders. Once your package leaves our studio, it typically arrives within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping Costs

We offer flat rate shipping on most orders for $11.99. This helps us provide secure, trackable delivery while keeping packaging as eco-friendly and protective as possible.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on sale or discounted items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Order Verification

To protect your information and prevent fraud, some orders may go through a manual verification process. If something in your order is flagged, we may request additional information (such as proof of identity or address) before shipping.

If we can’t verify your order, we’ll either cancel and refund the original payment or offer to reprocess it using a certified method like Venmo or CashApp.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, a $11.99 reshipment fee will apply.
